About the kennel

I got my first long-haired Dachshund in 1979, when I was 16: Olaf, who died 16 years later. The breeding started slowly but surely; back then I spent time with seasoned breeders who taught me an enormous amount. And so the domaine de la Sereine was born! Afterwards, I had wonderful encounters that forged very strong bonds which still endure! 18 years ago, together with other breeders, the project of breeding and promoting "cream" coloured Dachshunds was born, and the first long-haired Dachshunds of this colour arrived in France. My love for these little dogs has never faded.
